We design, build and maintain hydrogen filling stations that are perfectly tailored to your needs.
We offer flexible container solutions for smaller or temporary requirements as well as stationary systems for larger, long-term needs.
At the same time, we support you in obtaining all the necessary permits.
Whether for commercial filling station operation, the supply of your vehicle fleet or special applications such as ship and train refuelling, we offer the right solution.
To this end, we clarify all essential questions with you in advance and without obligation, such as:
- What is your daily hydrogen requirement?
- How is this need distributed throughout the day?
- For which levy pressures?
- How will the filling station be supplied with hydrogen?
- Which vehicles should be refuelled?
- What refueling protocols should be implemented?
- What development do you expect for the future?
The system of a hydrogen filling station is much more complex than that of conventional filling stations. In particular, the following are required:
- Hydrogen supply or local production by electrolysis
- Main memory size depending on demand
- Different compression levels (currently 350 / 700 bar)
- Buffer storage of different pressure levels (adapted to the planned dispensing quantity)
- Cooling of the compressor and the 350 bar dispenser
- Deep cooling for the 700 bar dispenser
- Electronic control system (PLC), as well as
- Control of gas flows.
Example of a structure scheme for a hydrogen filling station:
Stationary systems for
larger, long-term needs
- Individually designed and built for you
- For 350 and 700 bar discharge pressure
- Scalable
- Hydrogen supply through delivery with truck swap bodies, on-site electrolysis or pipeline connection
The construction and operating costs depend largely on how the individual components are designed and coordinated with each other.
Smaller, continuously running compressors, for example, are more efficient than large compressors that run for short periods of time, but require sufficiently dimensioned intermediate storage systems to still enable fast refueling processes.
With our models, we calculate the most favorable system design for your requirements. In doing so, we also take into account the expected future development of your needs in order not to build the plant unnecessarily large at the beginning, but at the same time to allow for the most cost-effective expansion possible later on.
Of course, our systems meet all relevant safety standards and ensure that the hydrogen is delivered to the vehicles without contamination.
Flexible container solutions for smaller or temporary needs
- Ideal for your business start
- Purchase, rental or leasing
- Available with short lead times
- Simplified operating licence procedure
- Mobile
Very favorable Total Cost of Ownership:
- Hydrogen supply is provided by standard truck trailers
- Thanks to the integrated compressor unit, hydrogen delivered in this way can be used almost completely for refuelling.
- Significantly lower logistics costs than with pure cascade storage
Contract design tailored to your needs:
The systems are available for
- Purchase
- Rent
- Leasing
We offer flexible terms. In the event of a change to a stationary hydrogen filling station supplied and built by us, early termination of the usage contract is possible.
Short lead times:
The delivery time from order to commissioning is approx. 6 to 9 months.
With a storage quantity <3t, the plant is only subject to a building permit according to BetrSichV, Section 3 §18. Thus, the simplified procedure according to LASI publication LV 49 Annex 3 is possible.
